|  26A Grandon Drive, Cheadle Hulme Extension  |

 

This projects was for a family member who stay  just outside of Manchester in Cheadle Hulme, and it was to help visualise a potential new two storey extension to their home. In particular the present kitchen was very small and with the removal of the the old garage to the rear this would allow to extend the kitchen area in two directions. Futher to this this would allow the addition of a well sized 3rd bedroom and study on the first floor. The overall project was be to cost effective and keep in touch with the original brick design, to hopefully suit planning regulation with the neighbouring property.
